For success in the world of wealth and luck in business, feet should be relaxed, but in a good shape, warm and standing firmly on the ground. One of the best exercises for getting this is described by Elena Shubina’s "Ground", which is performed in the morning, when, at the beginning of the day, we need to be in a successful mood for the whole day. Performing it at least every other day, you will achieve noticeable (and pleasantly surprising) results. The technique is quite simple and does not require a long time or strong physical effort: Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and place your arms by your side. Emotions are an essential part of your life; moreover you cannot imagine your living without them.
Because of the pressure on your chest, the respiratory system suffers a lot. The first physiological response to stress is a failure of your breathing. Once the breathing becomes more frequent and erratic, the body immediately has palpitations and high blood pressure, straining and preparing for action. Your hands play an important role in communication. With the help of touch you give and receive much more information than it might seem. If someone says nice, but false things, it is enough to touch this person to feel the cold from them. So, you will understand that they are cheating. If you shake hands weakly and reluctantly trying to persuade the person you are happy to meet them, you will give yourself away. Or vice versa, without saying anything, hug someone so tightly that everything will become clear without words. Your hands during the day pat, beat, cook, drive a car, open the door, tie a scarf for a child, make something for a family, tap on the keyboard, write messages, sign projects and so on. You are in contact with a large number of people through your hands, e.g. holding on to the hand rail on public transport, taking change in the supermarket, holding a banister or doorknob. Here we are not talking about microbes or viruses. The fact is that a person in excellent spirits could hold this door handle. The hormones of happiness together with sweat come through the pores of your skin and get into your skin in the same way; all this helps you to become a bit luckier. Conversely, someone can experience negative feelings spreading depression and despair, so we can catch the same mood.
Hands represent a person in this world. The more relaxed your hands are, the easier you will live. You may build a career, relationships and find your place in society. With the help of your hands you can discover a new level of communication, exchange emotions and information. Moreover, they help to establish all kinds of relationships, fill your life with harmony and prosperity. If you give or take with relaxed hands, your breathing will be easier and your back, abdomen will feel better. There is another side of the coin. If your hands are too active, they show that you are a superficial person. Leading a very active social life, you try to hide your inner fears, complexes and the uncertainties of your own abilities. You find it difficult to reduce excessive hand gestures and use your hands all the time. The first and the simplest exercise is washing your hands. It is important not only because of germs, but also due to the fact that your hands and fingers keep emotions and negative feelings of other people. If you have an active and busy day, take bad news to heart or visit a crowded place, wash your hands thoroughly under running water and leave them there for a while under the tap. Then flick and dry them. In any case, wash your hands every time you come home so as not to bring other people's emotions into your home. |
